Decent App-too pushy

I like the ease of the app. However, every time I open it Im asked to upgrade. Its kind of annoying.

In just 4 days I feel stronger in my legs back and arms from sumo squats!It also makes my backside look quite nice %100000 keeping this app Im going to do these exercises every day.But I also use many other of their apps I highly recommend this app

It keeps me accountable

Ive been using this app for a week. If you had told me a week ago that I would 95 squats on one day I would have laughed. But today, I did 95 squats. Everyday the app gives you a different number of squats to do and even a day off. Its working and my endurance has increased. It will ask you to upgrade every day, but I dont care- my endurance has increased and I feel stronger. I like this app

Very good app

I like that it reminds me to do my squats daily & has the ability to share with friends that are also doing it. The competition is good to propel me forward & do another day. I would like it to have a snooze feature.

I love the fact that it even has a timer that reminds you when its time to workout & gives a good workout and it helps loose weight. Love this app really recommend it. It is So easy and straight. We can easily do with seeing images of exercise.

Ive incorporated daily squats to my workout routine. The first few days was a breeze, now its getting intense. I love this app.
