I love how easy it is.

I wanted to do the 30-day squat challenge I saw on Pinterest but I didnt want to have to manually track it. This app makes it so easy to stay on track!

Good app to have

Although there are times that i still cant do it everyday, this is a good app to have and pushes you to finish even though its 120 squats. The reminder is also a good feature for this app and so far im at the beginners level.

Motivating!

Think it should note for beginners like me that stretching is a must and maybe offer some stretches with the other squat styles. I was so soar that I couldnt start day 2 until day 4! Other then that I love it!

Good app for beginners

I need a daily reminder to workout and this app is great for that. I like that it keeps your place even if you miss a day (I believe in a day of rest, but its not built into it). No complaints. Im also doing the 30 day butt challenge with it. I can feel the burn, but Im only 3 days in.

Consistent working App

Enjoy this app and the increase of squats daily. I also enjoy the images to show the different types of squats!

AMAZING!!!

I just finished day 11. Ive always been fit, but my lower half just was not doing so hot. After kids/age I was looking like my mom. I am doing this in conjunction with the abs and butt, and working my upper body at the gym. I am so excited about my results so far, and Im only on the beginner level 1. I plan on jumping to intermediate 1 after this round. Ill totally be ready for summer.

This app really gives me motivation to get to working out. I love the calendar set up with planned breaks and how it tells you how far youve come in the month! After just one month I can see a difference, I cant wait to do the other difficulties!
