Perfect... With one minor addition..

This app is just what I wanted... Something to remind me everyday and keep me motivated! The one improvement I would LOVE to see you be multiple daily reminders where you can enter how any you have done each time and it takes away from your daily total... I like to break up the larger amounts throughout the day... I.e. 250 squats is much easier done as 50 x 5 different times of the day. To have this feature would Make this the best 30 day fitness challenge app!!

Good App - Super Easy to Use

Simple and easy to use. Only complaint is having to decline the upgrade every time you use it and all the ads. But thats the price of free these days ;)

I never work out. This app started off nice and easy and then really pushes you to your Limits. Helps you feel good about your self and your progress ..

You definitely need to be accountable and use the app consistently. You cant be lazy about it,but if you follow every day on the challenge you will get the results!

Too much advertisement

There are waaaaayyy too many ads popping out. I understand its fir growth and income for the app but... No. How can your app grow if your customers cant enjoy the app without being bombarded with ads!?

Its so difficult to find a decent app for training that will suit you. and Im extremely happy that I found this one because not only it helps you to be on track but also it has different types of squat that Ive never heard before!
